 GUIDELINES FOR ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS

The length of the different contributions are:

  • Plenary lectures (PL)                 40 min, including 5 min for discussions
  • Keynote lectures (IL)                25 min, including 5 min for discussions

Each speaker is entitled to present a poster.

We kindly ask the presenters to keep their talk strictly within the scheduled timetable.

Authors are requested not to use their personal computers – both PC and Mac will be available. If any specific facility should be required, please contact the conference secretariat in advance. PowerPoint files with oral presentations should be given to the organizers as early as possible, latest before the first lecture on the day of the talk.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

The maximum posters size should be A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation (landscape posters will not be accepted).

We encourage all presenting authors to put a picture of themselves in the upper corner of the poster – the quick identification of the author will favor scientific discussions. A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be notified to the presenting author along with the day and session of presentation. Posters will be exposed during the entire duration of the meeting at the entrance of the lecture hall. Fixtures for plastic boards will be provided.
